Job description
We are looking for a Technical IT Project Manager to join our Internal IT team. In this pivotal role, you will lead essential transformation and change management initiatives facilitating the seamless adoption of new IT processes and systems across the company. Your contributions will enhance the team's capabilities through your outstanding organizational and communication skills, technical expertise, proactive approach, and strong project leadership. This position directly reports to the Head of IT.
What will you do?
- Act as Akeneo's transformation evangelist, promoting and driving digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
-Manage IT projects (e.g., password manager replacement, laptop recycling initiatives, ...).
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams on structuring projects (e.g., ERP, System Interconnection, ...).
-Enhance IT awareness and the adoption of tools within the organization by organizing enablement sessions.
-Identify and address support needs across various teams (finance, sales, HR, ...).
-Document, communicate, launch and monitor IT technical evolutions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in information systems urbanisation projects.
- Strong sense of ownership for managing end-to-end project development cycles by taking initiative and pushing projects to completion with a desire to make a meaningful impact.
- Knowledge of information system urbanization principles and practices. Technical understanding of IT systems and processes.
- Ability to lead projects involving both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English (a strong French accent is acceptable).
