SEN Teacher
Salary: £195 - £255 per day
Job Type: Long Term
Contract length: 12 months
We are currently representing a school who are looking to hire a committed and passionate SEN Teacher to join their staff for next term.
Responsibilities
The ideal SEN Teacher for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
The expectations for this role is a SEN Teacher who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.
It is important to this school that the SEN Teacher they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
The SEN Teacher appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
Qualifications/Experience
You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
