We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual with a strong culinary background and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. You should excel in managing kitchen operations, supporting the Head Chef, and thriving under pressure. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential, as well as excellent communication skills. What is required: A small, intimate restaurant in Camps Bay is looking for a young and ambitious Sous Chef.
