Project Engineer

Alternative locations for this vacancy are Finland or Norway.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in relevant technical project engineering roles, including project management principles. It is also helpful to have been exposed to working with authorities on permit processes and grid planning. It is sought after the candidate has had onshore experience within the renewable energy sector.

This company converts CO2 and water into renewable, synthetic fuel.

Responsibilities

• You will take on the project management of technical processes and developments, working closely with our project management team to implement effective solutions
• You will define project scopes, develop technical specifications, and establish milestones for tenders, selecting contractors through techno-economic evaluations for engineering services
• You will coordinate processes with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and service providers in the various phases of the project(s)
• You will be responsible for overseeing the FEED contractor at our plant(s), including managing engineering deliverables and coordinating interfaces with the permitting contractor

Qualifications

• You hold a university or technical college degree, preferably in civil, electrical, automation, or process engineering.
