Due to continued success and future business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Group Marketing Assistant to join our team based at our Group head office in Barlborough, Chesterfield
The Role
Do you possess a keen interest in both digital and traditional marketing?
Do you have previous experience in writing copy?
Are you a strong team player with the ability to work well under pressure?

Joining our team as Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Group Marketing team with looking after the Avant Homes consumer website, maintaining brand consistency, writing and issuing communications such as blogs, social posts, email and SMS campaigns and working with industry systems to ensure the efficient and coherent management of Group resources.
Key duties and requirements
You will also be responsible for but not limited to;
Writing and updating copy using our CMS system.
Proofreading and amending blogs, emails, brochureware, and other branded communications.
Photography, design, and artwork management via our Digital Asset Management software.
Updating details and administrative information for upcoming and live developments.
Write and send email campaigns and SMS campaigns.
Support with social media scheduling and content creation.
Management and reporting on third party platforms such as property portals and TrustPilot.
Assist with reporting and presenting data when required.
Who are we looking for?
The successful Group Marketing Assistant must possess a keen interest in digital and traditional marketing and be competent in writing copy. Great communication skills, passion, thinking 'outside of the box' and a willingness to learn are also key to success within this role.
A broad knowledge of IT software in particular Microsoft Office packages.
Experience or interest in web management and Open-Source CMS systems.
Strong organisation skills
The ability to work well under pressure and working to tight deadlines.
Possess a cleaning driving licence
