JOB – Graduate/ Junior Electrical Design & Controls Engineer

LOCATION – East Sussex

TERM – Permanent

SALARY – competitive depending on experience

A UK based manufacturing company are looking for a Graduate/ Junior Electrical Design & Controls Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Graduate/ Junior Electrical Design & Controls Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:

• BEng or equivalent electrical engineering qualification or relevant discipline.
• Positive & keen-to-learn attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team.

Your Training & Initial Responsibilities in the role;

• In-depth training plan including training of the company’s products & processes & support towards further qualifications & management courses.
• Introduction & training for design packages such as AutoCAD & Solidworks.
• PLC & HMI development.
• Producing & developing drawings & specifications.
• Production & maintenance of BoMs.
• Ensuring health & safety regulations are being met at all time.
