Trusted Tech Team is expanding its reach and is seeking dynamic, driven individuals to join our Business Development Representative team. As a globally recognized Microsoft Solutions Partner specializing in cutting-edge cloud solutions, we are committed to bringing our U.S. success to the UK and German markets. Responsibilities:
- Utilize your outbound sales experience to proactively reach out to prospects in both English and German, using various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Drive business growth by employing strong negotiation and influencing skills to convert leads into loyal customers.
- Build strong relationships with diverse clientele, using your excellent telephone manner and proposal writing skills in both languages.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, working towards quarterly targets and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, maintaining a technically minded approach to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
Minimum Requirements (must-haves):
- Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience, utilizing channels such as phone calls, email, and social media platforms.
- Fluent in both English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong focus on acquiring new business and generating leads.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where quick thinking and adaptability are essential.
- Experience in B2B solution selling, understanding the complexities of selling to businesses.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to make deals and seize opportunities.
- Strategic planning abilities, with a focus on working towards quarterly targets and a sales-oriented mindset.
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment, bringing energy and enthusiasm to drive success.
- Outstanding listening skills to understand client needs and effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
Preferred Requirements (nice-to-haves):
- Bachelor’s degree in business studies, business management, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous full-cycle sales experience (tech sales preferred).
- Knowledge of Microsoft products and services.
- Experience with CRM or outbound sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach).
- Microsoft certifications are a plus.
- Ability to embrace change and stay ahead of emerging technologies and market shifts.
Compensation:
Base salary: £45,000 - £47,000 per annum (*DOE)
Commission: Uncapped structure
OTE: £65,000 - £75,000
