Job Description

Sales Development Representative (SDR) - German / French speaking

Permanent Role

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 base (plus OTE and commission structure)

Location: Hybrid 4 days a week - London


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Languages: Fluent in German (for the German-speaking role) or French (for the French-speaking role). Proficiency in English is also essential.
  • Sales or Customer Engagement Experience: Open to fresh graduates with a proactive attitude or candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Development, Customer Success, or Lead Generation role, ideally within a SaaS, technology, or similar industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with confidence in initiating conversations and engaging with prospects at all levels.
  • Outgoing & Motivated: Willingness to proactively reach out to new prospects and build relationships through multiple channels, including email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
  • Resilience & Persistence: The ability to handle rejection, maintain motivation, and meet activity targets.


Preferred:

  • Basic Sales Skills: Any exposure to outbound sales or experience in lead qualification and prospecting is advantageous.
  • Tech Understanding: An interest in the tech sector and a basic understanding of software products and solutions.
  • Multi-Channel Approach: Familiarity with outreach tools like SalesLoft, Outreach.io, or similar would be a plus.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate and qualify leads for the sales team through outbound outreach including calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify the pain points of potential clients and position the company’s solutions effectively.
  • Manage and update CRM with all communications and prospect information, ensuring accurate and complete data.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and value propositions to confidently communicate key features to prospects.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead qualification and contributions to the sales pipeline.
