RAD has a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Campaigns Lead to join its team.
This is a Hybrid role, based between Central London and home. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum.
About the role:
As a highly creative and motivated marketing professional, you will lead and deliver all aspects of marketing campaigns across the organisation. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who can project manage impactful organic campaigns for a wide range of digital platforms to support the business direction – its reputation, growth, and income generation targets.
You will work closely with the Strategic Marketing Manager to develop and maintain charitable income by adopting and implementing an appropriate marketing development strategy. You will also be responsible for collaborating with clients, partners, content creators, and key figures to generate engaging content that positively reflects the organisation.
Responsibilities as our Marketing Campaigns Lead will include:
- Working with the Strategic Marketing Manager to develop and maintain charitable income for the organisation by adopting an appropriate marketing development strategy and ensuring its implementation.
- Supporting the Strategic Marketing Manager to deliver the marketing strategy, leading on all aspects that relate to the marketing of the organisation, funder requirements, and targeted marketing for income generation.
- Leading and delivering all aspects of organic marketing campaigns.
- Developing a year-round social media content plan that meets our ambitious business growth plans.
- Collaborating with clients, partners, content creators, and key figures to generate engaging and impactful content that reflects positively on the organisation.
- Leading and inspiring other members of the organisation to develop campaign assets and messaging that resonates with our audiences.
- Developing engaging newsletters, good news stories, case studies, and collaborations.
- Supporting the wider team to deliver integrated lead-generation marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms to target specific prospect and customer segments.
- Proactively keeping up to date with digital innovations and viral marketing trends.
- Leading on implementing a plan for all key awareness dates across the year.
- Reviewing and evaluating campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for future campaigns.
- Developing strong relationships with ambassadors, content creators, Executive Leadership team, and other members of the organisation.
- Owning all stages of developing, planning, and executing cross-channel campaigns that drive growth and enhance reputation.
- Taking responsibility for ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time, to the highest quality, and adhere to brand guidelines.
Essential requirements we’re looking for in our Marketing Campaigns Lead:
- Extensive experience within a creative marketing campaigns-focused role.
- Native signer, or minimum BSL Level 2, or willingness to obtain British Sign Language Level 2 within two years.
- Experience of developing, executing, and managing successful marketing campaigns.
- Proactive, intrapreneurial nature - someone who enjoys thinking about what we could do next, differently, and better.
- Leadership or management experience.
- Proven experience with impactful and engaging copywriting.
- Experience building, managing, and developing key stakeholder and customer relationships.
- Experience using marketing platforms, tools, and CRM systems.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management.
Desirable:
- Qualification in Digital Marketing.
- British Sign Language Level 2 qualified.
- Experience using HubSpot.
- Experience working within the charity sector.
- Understanding of deaf awareness and deaf culture.
