My client is looking for an Junior Electrical Engineer to be based in a commercial building located in Liverpool Street. The successful candidate will be electrically qualified to City and Guilds or Apprenticeship level.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Duties & Responsibilities
PPM and Reactive Maintenance
Fault Finding
Emergency Light Testing
Fire Alarm Testing
Maintenance within Plant Rooms
Maintenance on Plant Pumps
Maintenance on Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Maintain and update Log books
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
Pumps, motorsRequirements
Electrically qualified
Have a hard-working attitude
Willingness to learn
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Good communication skills
