This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing beauty brands, globally to head up and manage their TikTok initiatives. As a business, they have done exceedingly well to date and have broken records within the social media space.

We are looking to hire a talented TikTok Account Manager or Social Media Manager with a plethora of expertise in TikTok & TikTok shop to lead their social media strategy. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing the TikTok shop, driving brand awareness and planning out key campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a content strategy that resonates with the target consumer. Create engaging TikTok videos that highlight our products and brand values.
• Monitor and engage with our TikTok community. Respond to comments, messages, and collaborate with influencers and beauty creators.
• Oversee the management and optimization of our TikTok shop. Ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers and maximize sales opportunities.
• Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends and beauty industry developments. Identify opportunities for collaborations and viral content.
• Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align TikTok content with overall brand strategies and campaigns.

Key Requirements:

• Deep experience in social media management, specifically with TikTok. Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or retail industry.
• Strong video editing skills and a flair for visual storytelling. Proficiency in TikTok trends and features.
• Familiarity with TikTok shop management and best practices for online sales.
• A genuine interest in beauty trends, products, and the community.
