We’re an incredibly collaborative and creative team, dedicated to redefining oral care across the globe. Whilst we’ve already established a solid foundation, the road ahead is filled with so many opportunities to do more and do better.
2025 will see a major push in marketing and we want you to be a part of this new and exciting chapter.
About the role:
We’re looking for a passionate and highly talented Digital Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital design, with a proven track record of creating engaging online campaigns and standout designs that drive impact.
You’ll thrive on developing creative concepts and working collaboratively, delivering innovative solutions across various digital touchpoints. With a keen eye for detail and a versatile portfolio, you'll be working closely with all teams to produce high-quality digital content.
You'll have the opportunity to develop and deploy your digital design skills in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and results-driven environment, responding to empirical measures of success to evaluate and refine your work.
In addition, you will have a unique opportunity to learn and develop from exposure to wider business operations, allowing you to contextualise your work and develop a more holistic approach to design.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Digital campaigns: Conceptualise, design and execute innovative digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including retail, web, email, and social media.
- Digital assets: Design and develop engaging digital assets for various online channels, including Meta and Google platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and best practices.
- Short and long-term projects: Work on everything from isolated assets for a short-term promotion to a series of assets that form part of a large-scale campaign.
- Work to briefs: Interpret and develop design briefs and objectives for national and international retailers/distributers.
- On-brand design: Create consistent, on-brand digital design content that is commercial, fresh and dynamic, in addition to helping to evolve the brand identity.
- Workload management: Respond to ad-hoc briefs in a timely manner, whilst managing time efficiently, prioritising workload accordingly and maintaining a high level of organisation.
- Self improvement: Proactively develop and refine your own creative identity, style, and flair.
- Attention to detail: Uphold superb attention to detail and flawless proof-reading skills to produce accurate, precise, and high-quality work.
- Collaboration: Contribute to a collaborative and supportive working environment made up of colleagues from a diversity of backgrounds and experience.
- 3D & motion: Design and prepare assets for use in motion design and 3D projects.
- Marketing collateral: Design and amend a range of marketing collateral, including marketing decks, and assets for corporate events and trade shows.
Personal attributes:
- Creative curiosity & passion: Looking for a designer with insatiable creative curiosity who is not afraid to boldly experiment and make mistakes, and drives to continually explore new techniques and trends.
- Collaborative & adaptable: We are a highly collaborative team, with ideas stemming dynamically from different team members and departments. You should be able to thrive in this kind of environment, interpreting and adding value to team ideas.
- Experimentation & attention to detail: Bold in experimenting and learning from mistakes, with meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of design.
- Self-motivated & proactive: Highly self-driven, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines while remaining flexible and hard-working, as well being comfortable managing both short and long-term projects.
- Creative command of the English language: A sound grasp of the interplay between a word’s meaning and its typographic properties.
Skills and experience:
- At least 18 months of relevant, proven industry experience in digital design.
- An impressive portfolio is a must – we are only considering candidates that share a portfolio. We understand your portfolio may not be extensive, but that’s okay, we’re looking for quality work and a demonstration of distinctive talent.
- Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Skilled in producing assets for Google, Meta and web campaigns.
Salary bracket: £24,000 - £28,000 p.a.
