Role Overview

We are seeking to appoint a Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team based in Reading. You will be part of a small team helping to produce weekly resources for our subscribers, and working on social media graphics, resource covers, digital ads, newsletters, events and website assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Joining the Production team (encompassing design & editorial workflows).
• Liaising with the editors and psychologists, supporting the production of new resources - including worksheets, guidebooks, weekly newsletters and articles.
• Working with the Sales team to produce materials for events, developing relationships with external suppliers.
• Working with the Marketing team to produce social media and website assets
• Support the Head of Design in developing brand guidelines, managing and updating content and asset libraries and corporate and production template library.
• Helping schedule production work to multiple weekly deadlines.
• Basic digital publishing (desirable)
• Basic motion graphics (desirable)

Required:

• 2 years in a similar design role (preferred)
• A suitable vocational qualification or degree (preferred)
• Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Sketch wireframing and/or Figma.
• Experience in designing for digital and print outputs.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
