Job Description
The Delivery Program Transformation Summer Intern will work under Senior Project Management Program Director. You will will support multiple project management and transformation programs, with an emphasis on using data to guide decisions, furthering the use of the Product Operating Model, and creating better systems that achieve results.
Responsibilities
- Report data
- Create dashboards and performance reports
- Identify inefficiencies and proposing solutions
- Develop communication plans and training materials
- Support the roll-out of new tools
- Track project progress
- Coordinate meetings
- Implement new tools
- Improve partner communication and engagement
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Project Management, IT, or a related field,
- Return to school in Fall 2025 to complete degree
- Proficient in organizing work (projects) and people (teammates)
- Collaborate with teams to lead project success and ensure understanding on goals and deliverables.
