Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer - Azure Kubernetes Service

Job Profile : Senior Cloud and DevOps Engineer WFO and WFH Hiring Office : Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Chennai Job description : - To provide design, engineering, development, planning and administration of Azure Kubernetes( AKS) clusters for a set of critical business applications. - Work closely with application, engineering, security and operations teams to engineer and build Azure PaaS IaaS solutions within an agile and modern enterprise grade operating model. - Developing and Maintaining the Infrastructure as Code repository, Azure DevOps and the content to be able to deliver a fully automatized cloud infrastructure. - Integration and administration of relevant technology, people and processes within relevant IT compliance, regulatory and cybersecurity requirements. - Working with end users, vendors and clients to produce, develop and review cloud and cloud security strategies, roadmaps and plans. - Working with business leads and end users to resolve issues and develop solutions as required. - Producing, developing, and evolving technology documentation and process templates as required. - Utilize containerization technologies like Docker/Kubernetes for application deployment. - Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue detection. - Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and optimize application performance. - Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance. - Stay updated with the latest Azure Cloud services and tools. - Understand and have knowledge of international telephony regulations and propose solutions within these regulatory requirements - Experience in partnering with carriers around the globe - Experience to onboard carriers and set up interconnects utilizing the knowledge of Physical and Network layer (BGP, VLAN, Subnetting, MPLS etc) - Experience with automation: Python, shell scripting, Ansible, REST API etc - Experience in seeking out solutions for problems to optimize cost, performance and quality of existing solution with ownership Technical Skills : - Experience in lift-and-shift implementations to cloud-native services. - Integrate on-premises network with Azure Cloud using Express Route etc. - Experience in implementing Azure PaaS Solutions (WebApps, CaaS, Event Hub, API, Databases ) - Significant experience in setting up Kubernetes Clusters with Azure Kubernetes Service(AKS). - Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for Kubernetes applications using Azure DevOps / Jenkins / Gitlab CI. - Deploy and maintain resources on Azure Cloud using Terraform IaC tool. - Configuration Management using Ansible - Implement automation using tools such as Python, Shell scripting or similar.
