Java/J2EE Developer

Job Description : We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Java and J2EE, with experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. You will be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications. Your roles will include managing Java/Java EE application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing. Responsibilities : 1. Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle. 2. Write well designed, testable, efficient code. 3. Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications. 4. Prepare and produce releases of software components. 5. Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review. Requirements : 1. Proven hands-on Software Development experience. 2. Proven working experience in Java development. 3. Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms. 4. Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management, etc). 5. Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA, Hibernate, iBatis). 6. Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC, Spring Boot). 7. Experience with test-driven development. 8. Experience in developing and consuming RESTful web services. 9. Knowledge of build tools like Maven or Gradle. 10. Experience with MySQL database. Nice to Have : 1. Experience with Spring Framework and its various modules. 2. Experience with Microservices architecture. 3. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 4. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Soft Skills : 1. Excellent problem-solving skills. 2. Good verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to work in a team. 4. Strong attention to detail. 5. Able to work independently and also collaborate with a team. Work Experience : 1.
