Building Surveyor - Senior to Associate Level

Job Description
As a Building Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to cultivate relationships with key clients within a multi-disciplinary consultancy firm. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's future.
You will receive:
• A salary ranging from £40,000 to £65,000 (dependent on experience and chartership)

Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Preparation and issuance of technical reports in line with corporate standards. • Conducting site visits for inspection and monitoring purposes.
• Consulting with leaseholders, designers, contractors, managing agents, and solicitors.
• Supporting the business development and marketing team by providing contacts and input into the fee proposal process, as well as maintaining an active social media presence to promote our services and enhance our profile within the sector.
The ideal candidate will possess:
• A minimum of two years’ experience in the built environment.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Building Surveying, Building Conservation, or a construction-related subject.
• Strong computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft applications is essential).
• Experience using social media, particularly LinkedIn.
