Corporate Senior Associate

This firm is looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Corporate Solicitor with 6+ years PQE to join their established legal 500-ranked Corporate Department.

The Role

Their Specialist Corporate department is highly is ranked in both the Chambers and Legal 500. They provide City expertise, in a modern way and with more flexibility in terms of fees compared with that of city firms.

You will find real variety to the type of client base and work, making for a more interesting role. The client base will include individuals and companies ranging from SME, OMB, right up to FTSE 250 companies and household names. They also have several very interesting online businesses and social media companies.

A typical caseload will consist of:

• M&A and disposals
• Shareholder Agreements
• LLP/Partnership Agreements
• Share Restructuring
• Share options
• Company formations & Administration
