SEN Teaching Assistant | Urgently Required | Great Pay
Revive Education are working with a Comprehensive, mixed and multicultural School based in Enfield that is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their thriving SEN Team.

Temp to Perm
£100 - £120 per day DOE
Interviews being held WC 18th November.
The Role:
* Supervise pupils with ASD and SEMH, ensuring their safety and ability to access learning activities and understand the information presented.
* Aid the execution of education plans suitable to each pupils’ learning objectives.
* Build a trusting relationship with all pupils and communicate according to their understanding.
* Promote inclusion and acceptance, support diversity and ensure pupils have equal access to learning and development.
* Promote class interaction and ensure pupils engage throughout the lessons.
* Provide opportunities for developing independence.
The Ideal Teaching Assistant:
* Must be passionate about SEN and supporting vulnerable pupils
* Experience with ASD or SEMH pupils
* Must be resilist and think skinned
* A good understanding of the national Key Stage Curriculum.
* Knowledge of various teaching methods appropriate for SEND pupils.
* A sound understanding of child development and learning.
* Ideally GCSE grade C or above
You must have a DBS on the update Service, if not, are happy for Revive Education to process a new DBS for you.
