Brilliantin Recruitment is proud to be supporting a well established Recruitment Company based in Hitchin, which is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join its growing team.
This role is fundamental to the success of the business and you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Recruiters find the best talent for their clients. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and excited about a career in recruitment, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Overview:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will support the recruitment consultants by identifying and engaging top candidates to fill a range of roles across different sectors. You’ll play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process by sourcing, screening, and building strong candidate relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and approach suitable candidates.
* Screening Candidates: Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to ensure suitability for open roles.
* Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate, detailed information.
* Candidate Engagement: Build relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and motivations, providing guidance on suitable opportunities.
* Administrative Support: Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and other administrative tasks to support the recruitment team.
* Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify potential candidates and market opportunities.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
* Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident phone manner.
* Proactivity: A proactive approach to sourcing and engaging candidates.
* Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with recruitment databases, LinkedIn, and job boards is a plus.
