About Creations Marketing and Childcare Business Growth

Your Role as Paid Ads Manager


As a Paid Ads Manager, you’ll lead campaigns for our global Early Education clients, focusing on results and ROI. You’ll be instrumental in managing conversion-focused campaigns across multiple platforms, applying your in-depth understanding of UTM parameters to track and analyze campaign performance with precision.


Key Responsibilities


  • Global Audience Targeting: Research and define target audiences in the Early Education industry across various regions.
  • Keyword & Trend Analysis: Identify high-impact keywords and trends to ensure the best possible cost-per-click.
  • Conversion Tracking & UTM Management: Apply UTM parameters effectively to measure and optimize campaign performance accurately.
  • Campaign Optimization: Oversee bidding, budgeting, and other optimizations to drive results across paid platforms.
  • Advanced Retargeting: Create and manage lookalike audiences to reach high-potential segments.
  • Strategic Insight & Analysis: Provide expert insights and suggestions to boost campaign effectiveness.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Regularly report on performance metrics and use data-driven recommendations to enhance strategy.

What You Bring


We’re looking for someone with:

  • At least 1 year of experience in managing paid ads, focused on conversion and traffic growth
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Analytics, and thorough knowledge of UTM parameters for tracking and optimization
  • A strong understanding of Google Tag Manager
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • A proactive, adaptable, and innovative approach
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Salary and Bonus

Base salary of £30,000 - £32,000 plus quarterly bonus.
