About the role: As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in the foundation stage of our pupils’ educational journey. You’ll be working closely with the class teacher to support the social, emotional, and educational development of children aged 3-5 years old. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys working in a dynamic, child-centred environment. You’ll be helping to create a nurturing and stimulating learning space, encouraging curiosity, and helping each child to develop their confidence and independence. The role will involve assisting with daily activities, preparing resources, and supporting individual learning needs.

• Previous experience working in an Early Years or primary school setting is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the class teacher in the daily running of the Early Years classroom.
• Assist with planning and delivering fun and engaging activities that support children’s learning and development.
• Work with small groups or individual pupils to provide tailored support.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the social and emotional well-being of all children.
• Help with the setup and tidying of classroom resources, ensuring the learning space remains organised and engaging.
