Graduate Teaching Assistant - Full-Time, November Start - Ealing

The Role:
As the appointed Teaching Assistant you'll be working closely with teachers, providing classroom support and leading small group interventions for students on the SEND register. The SEN department focuses on supporting students with ASD.
You will be joining a team of 7-9 Teaching Assistants where you will calibrate and work as part of a team. Teaching Assistant will be your primary role, however teaching assistant will will also be required to cover Breakfast, lunch and after school clubs.
Key Responsibilities as Teaching Assistant:
Assist with in-class support and lead targeted small group interventions.
Build positive relationships with students and staff to foster a productive learning environment.
Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, SLCN, and EAL.
Maintain accurate records and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Offer calm and adaptable support, ensuring students' academic progress.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with young people in an educational or related setting.
Passion for helping students reach their full potential.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to specialize in specific areas of SEN, such as ASD or ADHD.
Enthusiasm for supporting independent learning.
Requirements:
Available to start full-time in November.
Committed to at least two terms.
Hold a degree and possess relevant skills or qualifications.
Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks.
A CV covering the last 10 years of employment history.
The right to work in the UK.
