Graphic Designer - Adobe Creative Suite

Job Description : As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for shaping our visual identity and executing impactful marketing materials across a wide array of media. You'll work on everything from social media campaigns and videos to print collateral and marketing communications targeting physicians and patients in both India and the Caribbean. Key Responsibilities : - Conceptualise and design visually stunning marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, brochures, flyers, banners, and video content. - Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, aligning designs with Company's values and messaging. - Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative strategies that resonate with our target audience in India and the Caribbean. - Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies to continually enhance your skills. - Meet deadlines and produce high-quality designs across multiple projects. - Collaborate closely with other designers, marketing partners, and cross-functional teams to turn big-picture ideas into achievable milestones. - Develop illustrations and graphics for products, websites, and various marketing assets. - Provide creative direction to product and business teams as needed. - Brainstorm new design directions to elevate the UI of the products. - Create animations and motion graphics for products, marketing campaigns, and blogs as required. Required Skills and Qualifications : - 5 years of professional design experience with a portfolio showcasing diverse work (healthcare industry experience is a plus). - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma and Canva. - Strong grasp of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout. - Proven ability to rethink existing designs and produce eye-catching, audience-focused overhauls. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively within cross-functional teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently. Bonus Points : - Experience with video editing and motion graphics (e.g., Adobe After Effects). - Familiarity with healthcare-specific design guidelines and regulations. - A portfolio that demonstrates fresh, innovative design solutions.
