Job Description

REQUIREMENTS Grade 12, or relevant qualification highly advantageous Clear criminal record Excellent communication in English and Afrikaans Proficient in MS Office and any CRM software Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role Online sales experience advantageous Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and managing records Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively Strong organizational and administrative skills DUTIES Process sales orders accurately and efficiently Communicate online with customers to confirm orders, provide updates and resolve queries Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including preparing quotes, invoices and sales reports, and logistical support Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system Coordinate with other departments, such as inventory and shipping, to ensure timely order fulfillment Monitor and follow up on outstanding orders and payments Prepare and submit regular sales reports and analyses to the management team Salary negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
