Our company based in Durbanville is seeking a friendly Receptionist. The ideal candidate will need to perform the below duties: Greeting and assisting walk in guests and clients. Managing the switch board with 9 extensions. Sending and responding to emails on Outlook. Printing of all forms needed in the office. Scanning documents. Ensuring the reception area is clean. Posting vacancies on various portals. Assist recruiters with searches. Assist with Adhoc duties as requested.
