Unemployed Youths and Matriculants

Requirements: 1. Must have completed matric (Grade 12) within the past two years or be currently in matric. 2. Possess a valid matric certificate or provisional results indicating successful completion of Grade 12. 3. Be a South African citizen or hold a valid work permit. 4. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 5. Display strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and flexibility. 7. Show a keen interest in the designated industry and a commitment to pursuing a career in the field. 8. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 9. Demonstrate a positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn from others. 10. No previous work experience required; however, any relevant work experience or volunteer work will be considered a plus. Please note that this learnership program is specifically designed for matriculants and aims to provide entry-level training and hands-on experience in a designated industry. Successful completion of the program does not guarantee immediate employment but enhances employment prospects by equipping participants with relevant skills and experience.
