Senior Accounting Professional, East London

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with relevant degree 8 years in a senior management role in an accounting practice or relevant exposure Communication Skills Solid exposure to team leadership / mentorship Results driven Attention to detail Extensive knowledge of TAX / VAT procedures The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Drafting Financial Statements Preparation of TAX / VAT calculations Reviewing of team files and ensuring 100% compliance Training of junior bookkeepers Compliance reports and checking thereof Senior Level engagement with various stakeholders Manage junior personnel and performance manage accordingly Salary: Negotiable based on experience This role will not be suited to a recently graduated article clerk or audit senior this role is specifically for an accounting professional with a solid background either in same / similar firm or in private company.
