Job Description

REQUIREMENTS Matric 2-3 years experience in a similar role Strong financial experience or background advantageous Strong administratively on excel & word Keen eye for detail & sticking to procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Presentable and well spoken Ability to learn 6500-line items Good organisational skills DUTIES Costing of stock, freight imports, booking UPS, liaise with suppliers Deal with customers accounts, receipts Assisting with booking collection or couriers, sea freight airfreight Assist in monitoring and managing stock levels to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained Coordinate with the procurement team to manage cost of stock and plan for future purchasing needs Track and report inventory metrics, ensuring accurate data is maintained Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely order placement, shipment, and receipt Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure that shipments are cost-effective and arrive on time Track all incoming shipments, maintain accurate records, and proactively manage any delays or issues Maintain accurate procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, shipment tracking, and inventory logs Ensure all procurement activities comply with industry standards, company policies, and relevant import/export regulations Salary: R10 000 - R16 000 ctc dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
