Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: Telephone Management : Efficiently manage all incoming calls, ensuring prompt and professional responses, and directing calls to the appropriate departments. Reception Duties : Ensure the reception area is always presentable, welcoming, and tidy, reflecting the companys brand values. Brand Marketing : Regularly update and play brand-marketing videos and that all business areas are presented, ensuring all content is current and relevant. Contact List Management : Update and distribute the companys comprehensive telephone list on a monthly basis. Package Coordination : Coordinate deliveries and collections of small packages and documentation, maintaining accurate records and timely distribution. General Administration : Support the team with general office administration tasks as needed. Database Application : Apply relevant sections of our clients; "the way we do things" database to your daily reception duties, aligning with company standards and procedures. Requirements: Education: Matric certificate with a relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Communications, or a related field. Technical Skills : Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a quick learner with databases. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage confidently and professionally with a variety of people. Personal Attributes : - Outgoing, confident, and friendly demeanour. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure. - Professional, polished, and positive attitude at all times.
