Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruiting strategies for learnerships and skills programs. Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms. Source candidates using databases, social media, and other methods. Create strategies to recruit hard-to-find demographics. Screen resumes and job applications. Conduct interviews using various reliable methods. Assess candidates knowledge, skills, and aptitudes. Onboard new employees/learners. Apply HR recruiting best practices. Provide detailed recruiting reports. Build strong candidate relationships. Promote the colleges reputation as a top learning institution. Requirements and Skills: Proven experience as a Recruiter for learnerships and skills programs. Experience managing recruitment records and talent pools. Ability to conduct various types of interviews. Familiarity with selection processes and background checks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong decision-making skills and assertiveness. Fully vaccinated. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Ability to follow structured processes. Mature personality with ethical business practices. Logical reasoning and critical thinking skills. Presentable and able to work with clients. Valid Drivers License and ability to drive.
