About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic KS2 Teacher to join our school on a part-time basis. This role offers the unique chance to make a meaningful impact within a supportive and enriching environment. As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a key role in guiding and inspiring young learners, fostering their development through engaging lessons that challenge and motivate. The position involves working with a diverse group of students, each with unique talents and perspectives, which provides an enriching teaching experience. We encourage creative freedom in lesson planning, and teachers have the autonomy to craft lessons that resonate with our values and students’ interests.
Application Requirements:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have recent teaching experience within the UK curriculum, particularly in Key Stage 2.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills.
• Show a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills with both students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering engaging and tailored lessons that meet the needs of each student.
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom culture where all children feel valued.
• Assessing and tracking students’ progress to ensure consistent development.
• Supporting students’ social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Collaborating with other staff members and participating in school events to build a cohesive team environment.
