Tradewind Recruitment are collaborating with a great college that needs a Media Teacher from January 2025 to June 2025. This position involves planning and marking; therefore, it will be paid to scale from £162.31 - £223.62.
The roles and responsibilities for this role are the following:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons to students studying BTEC Media Studies.
Encourage pupils to participate and collaborate in creative projects.
Collaborate with the department and contribute to the scheme of work.
Follow safeguarding and behavioural policies.
Inspire students to be creative within the subject area.It is desirable for a candidate to understand:
BTEC Media Pearsons L2 and L3
CTECH IT Level 3
Fundamental IT
Print and audio Visual - Production
Knowledge of photoshopTo apply for this role, you must have the following:
Experience teaching in Secondary/FE
QTS or QTLS
Right to Work in the UK
Satisfactory References
