Job Title: Manual Machinist
Location: Ealing
Salary: £37,000 pa
Hours: Monday to Friday DAYS ONLY
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist! In this role, you will operate various manual machines, including lathes and mills, to produce and repair precision parts. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy problem-solving, and have a passion for working with mechanical components, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Operate manual lathes and mills to produce precision parts.
Perform Centre Lathe Turning.
Use metrology equipment.
Carry out thermal spraying and welding (training provided).Key Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent mechanical skills with great coordination.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and a focus on safety.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
Effective written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Maths.
Basic computer literacy.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and repetitive tasks.Qualifications and Experience:
Recognised apprenticeship or vocational training in machining or a related field.
Experience with machine tools or mechanical assemblies.
Familiarity with safety protocols in a workshop environment.Benefits:
