Valuation Surveyor - Manchester - Consultancy

We are currently working with a boutique Chartered Surveying practice specializing in asset appraisal and recovery. They deal with the full range of commercial and residential property, supported by a separate team dedicated to machinery and business assets. They are looking for a Graduate Surveyor in Manchester to join their team!

If you have completed your degree and are highly ambitious to start your career in the property profession, whether it is RICS accredited degree or not, they will support you through the process of achieving your APC and RICS qualifications!

The primary location will be from their home office in Manchester, but they do provide a UK-wide service with clients and assets located across the country.

Your responsibilities include:

• Property valuations for secured lending and insolvency cases.
• Assisting with on-site inspections, desktop research and analysis and report production.
• You will work with the senior team on Recovery and Restructuring cases, providing support with preparing professional advice on the property.
• Input into securing and then optimizing the asset, followed by defining the disposal strategy.
• You will work with the agency and auction team to market and sell the properties.
