KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (New Business)

ROLE DETAILS
- Proactively call and follow up customers and prospects, to generate new enquiries
- Respond to inbound leads & requests quickly and effectively
- Using Phone and social media to uncover new business opportunities
- Follow up enquiries and quotes by phone and telephone
- Closing orders and achieving agreed sales & activity targets
- Processing quotes and orders on our ERP system
- Growing sales within existing accounts through continued proactive follow up and meetings
- Act as the point of contact and handle clients’ individual needs
- Support other team members as required
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in a Sales and/or Account Manager role
- Proven track record in delivering sales results
- Prior experience with ERP and CRM systems
- To be self-motivated and driven to achieve various sales KPI’s
- To be willing to learn and with a positive and helpful attitude
- Reliable, honest and trustworthy
