I'm partnering with a drinks business that provides a healthier alternative to the multi-billion pound competitors on the market. It has scaled to £15 million in 6 years' selling predominantly through .com, and is missing a trick.

Social media is a huge channel for this brand. It is provocative, bold and daring. But it is missing a massive trick when it comes to selling through TikTok shop.

Own TikTok as a channel in a super commercial role reporting in to a Performance Marketing Manger with an incredible track record of delivering growth.

The Role

• Drive trading numbers through TikTok Shop by working with creative teams to captivate sellers.
• Make crucial decision such as what products to promote on the platform, in a super commercial role.
• Build out an affiliate network to maximise reach and output for the channel.
• Manage peaks and troughs and devise new approaches in collaboration with teams responsible for paid social, organic and more.
• Work at the frontier of what is a growing powerhouse in ecommerce.

You

• You will have some experience selling through TikTok, but this could be part of a larger ecommerce or trading role.
• You must have a minimum of 1 year trading through TikTok.
• Must want to work in an aspirational, growth orientated environment.
