About the role:
As an EYFS Teacher, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our youngest pupils’ learning experiences. This part-time position is perfect for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and creative individual who’s eager to create a nurturing, engaging environment where children feel safe, curious, and excited to learn. Working with a close-knit team, you’ll deliver a tailored curriculum that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth, encouraging children to explore and develop a love for learning. You’ll have the opportunity to lead small group activities, develop imaginative lesson plans, and inspire our youngest students to achieve both academically and personally.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Prior experience in early years teaching, ideally within the EYFS framework.
• A genuine passion for working with young children, fostering their growth in a joyful, nurturing setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and supporting every child’s unique journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes children’s growth and curiosity.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with EYFS standards, encouraging creativity and independence.
• Observe and assess each child’s progress, providing personalized support to help them thrive.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to build a strong, consistent approach to teaching and learning in the EYFS.
• Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers to keep them informed and involved in their child’s journey.
