Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a temporary Part Time Marketing Coordinator for a prestigious Letchworth based organisation.
This is for 3 months and will be an immediate start.
This role is for 20 hours a week - the times and days are flexible but would be within working hours, Monday - Friday.
The role will be hybrid once training is complete, but you would need to live locally to the office in Letchworth to able to attend meetings and do the initial training.
Hourly rate will depend on experience.
You will be working as part of the Marketing team based in lovely smart offices based near the town centre in Letchworth.
Responsibilities would be:
To working with an external agency to support the development of the brand.
To engage with partner organisation in the development of the brand and tools, this will involve training and support for key partners.
Get involved with promotional material - completing data.
Creating material, including social media posts and newsletters.
Able to create case studies when required
Be a able to lead campaigns - particularly around healthy eating and food provision.
Ad hoc duties to support the wider marketing team when required.
Person specification:
Live within a commutable distance of Letchworth
Relevant marketing and communications experience is essential.
Have a good understanding of social media.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Good IT Proficiency.
