Graduate Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

£25,000-£35,000 + Bonus + Progression + Training + Mon-Fri + Company Benefits
Are you a Graduate looking to build a career as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator or similar within a varied role in a steadily growing, tight-knit company who offer the opportunity to continually upskill yourself and to progress to senior roles?
This expanding company, established in 2018, is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their tight-knit team. You will receive training giving you the opportunity to progress into a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor role. The company works across a variety of projects in the private, public, and commercial sectors, providing the opportunity for growth and development.
This primarily office-based role would see you assist in preparing cost estimates for projects, including pricing labour, materials, and equipment as well as managing tender enquiries and contributing to contract management tasks. You would liaise with the project management team, engineers, and senior staff to ensure accurate cost reporting and manage any variances to project estimates.
This role would suit an aspiring Quantity Surveyor / Estimator, looking to boost their career through training, and eventually become a qualified Quantity Surveyor.
The Role:
Project cost estimates (labour, materials, equipment).
Tender enquiries and contract management responsibilities.
Mon-Fri role, Office-based with occasional site visits.The Person:
Graduate or similar
