Job Description

REQUIREMENTS Previous experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, ideally in a professional sector dealing with high-profile sectors. Organization and strong competent administrative skills essential for this role Require written and well-spoken verbal communication, social media proficiency, and ability to anticipate an Executive needs Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, Canva, and Adobe Acrobat. Personal vehicle, smartphone, and computer. Flexible to work remotely or in-office as required, and available to handle after-hours tasks when needed. DUTIES Front face, main point of contact for the company taking incoming enquiries and meeting with high-end profile clients. Diary management, scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements Provide professional communication with clients, vendors, and industry partners. Manage SOCIAL MEDIA posts, oversee engagement across social media platforms to enhance the company brand on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, contracts, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Manage daily operations - scheduling, meeting coordination, and managing property viewings and house preparations. Basic accounting duties managing invoices, liaising with accountants and attorneys, and managing payments using Xero software. Coordinate listing activities Maintain inventory checks Conduct property inspections and support property database management.
