EYFS Teaching Assistant - Full-Time Opportunity
Tradewind in West Yorkshire are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a small primary school in Wakefield. This full-time TA position starting in January 2025 and offers a rewarding opportunity to support early years education.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate lessons.
Provide one-on-one and group support to children.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Utilise effective strategies to enhance early literacy and numeracy skills.
Be able to work indoors and outdoors in all conditions.What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working in an EYFS setting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A commitment to creating a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of young learners.
