Tradewind Recruitment is seeking passionate and dedicated Welsh-speaking Learning Support Assistants to join our team in the Bridgend area. If you are fluent in Welsh, experienced in supporting young learners, and have a background that includes coaching, volunteering, or extensive work as an LSA, we want to hear from you!
About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide tailored support to students across various subjects in Welsh language medium schools.
Work alongside teachers to help create an engaging, positive, and productive learning environment.
Support individual students or small groups with additional needs, helping to nurture their academic, social, and emotional growth.
Help prepare classroom materials and resources, and maintain a safe and inclusive classroom space.
