Exciting Opportunity for a Teaching Assistant within a 'Good' Ofsted rated Secondary School
Are you looking for a highly rewarding role working with secondary school children? Do you thrive in a dynamic educational environment? Tradewind are working with a secondary school who are looking for a TA to mainly focus on supporting students with their English and Maths.
Role Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the education and well-being of our students from in KS3+KS4 classes.
Key Duties:
Support: Work closely with students who require additional assistance, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Classroom Leadership: Take charge of lessons in the absence of the teacher, ensuring a seamless continuation of the curriculum.
Curriculum Assistance: Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver tailored support and interventions, fostering individualised learning experiences.
Behaviour Management: Contribute to maintaining a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere, employing effective behaviour management strategies.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow educators, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic development of each child.
