About the Role:
We are recruiting social workers to join our Leaving Care Team (Supporting Independence Team) which sits in our permanency hub, working with our looked after children across all our localities within Cheshire West and Chester. It would be beneficial if the candidate lives within a reasonable distance from Cheshire West, as whilst we do work in a hybrid style, there is an expectation of regular working from our office bases.
