Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher

Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time

Pay: £160-£210 per day

Location: Barnet

Job Type: Full Time, Long Term

About the role:

As the new EYFS Teacher, you’ll be joining a dedicated and enthusiastic team in providing high-quality education for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will be leading a class of eager and curious young learners, fostering their creativity, confidence, and social skills. The role involves creating engaging lesson plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment, and working closely with teaching assistants and parents to ensure each child reaches their full potential. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dynamic teacher who loves working with young children, watching them develop their love for learning. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an ECT, the school is committed to offering the support and resources you need to succeed.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.

• Experience in Early Years teaching (preferred but not essential).

• A genuine passion for working with young children.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework.

• Track and monitor individual progress, providing tailored support when necessary.

• Work closely with colleagues and parents to foster an inclusive and collaborative environment.

• Promote the personal, social, and emotional development of each child.

• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom where children can thrive.
