About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee a substantial portfolio of over 1,000 properties. This London-based role requires a strong lettings background, as you will be responsible for managing properties with the support of a capable team. Regular travel to Birmingham (around twice weekly) will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Portfolio Management: Lead the day-to-day management of a large property portfolio, ensuring high standards and efficiency across all assets.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team to maintain property compliance, address tenant inquiries, and optimize property conditions.
* Compliance Oversight: Ensure all properties meet regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
* Strategy Development: Support the creation of asset management and repairs strategies, focusing on efficiency and value.
* Reporting: Regularly assess property performance and report to senior management with insights and recommendations.
* Travel: Conduct property inspections and site visits to monitor and uphold property standards.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in property or lettings management, ideally with a background managing large portfolios.
* Knowledge of property compliance regulations.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent communication skills, with experience in budgeting and financial management.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
