How do I make an impact on my team?

Our innovative Hotel Regional Sales Manager enjoy the opportunity of driving sales for award-winning properties within close proximity to high-demand markets.

  • Identify strategies to increase customer base and top line revenue in specified market segments
  • Ability to sell value, tell our story & create an experience for our customers and customer prospects
  • Conduct regular sales calls to current customers and potential new customers by means of on-site visits, direct sales calls, prospecting calls and written correspondence
  • Provide current and accurate information to all inquiries regarding the property facilities
  • Enhance customer relations and increase business for the property
  • Maintain proper records of all sales calls and business activities utilizing Hotel SalesPro
What does success look like in this role?
  • Previous outside sales experience with a proven track record of success of finding and closing new business opportunities
  • Optimistic self-starter with high degree of drive, motivation and initiative
  • Ability to work independently, exercising good judgment and discretion
  • Strong customer service skills to include problem-solving and complaint resolution
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organized
