Director of Sales and Marketing

Must have experience in the Senior Living sales field

Legacy Assisted Living is seeking a hospitality-minded, energetic Sales and Marketing Director to assist prospective residents and families with making the transition to our senior living community. This individual would be a key member of our management team, upholding our community’s mission and values, and would report directly to the Executive Director.

Key responsibilities include:

Outreach and Relationship Development

Professional Networking

Advertising

Internal Event Planning

Development of Sales and Marketing Plans and Strategies

Sales Presentations to Prospective Residents/Families

We seek the following principal qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred. Candidates with an alternative degree who possess Senior Living Sales and Marketing experience will be considered.

Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing required. A proven success record and closing skills are a must.

Ability to work well in a team environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Must be confident, self-disciplined, demonstrate initiative and be attentive to detail.

Knowledge of Social Media Sales Strategies

The Marketing Director will have goals to meet that include monthly and quarterly move-in goals. There is a bonus structure for the Marketing Director when goals are met. We also offer a move-in commission for each move-in.

Candidate must be vaccinated.
