Who We’re looking for: The Farmhouse Hotel in Langebaan, are seeking a Spa Receptionist to join their team. It is a charming retreat that offers a blend of rustic elegance and West Coast hospitality. Nestled in a picturesque setting, this historic hotel overlooks the serene Langebaan Lagoon, providing guests with breathtaking views and a peaceful ambiance. The Farmhouse is known for its cozy and inviting atmosphere, featuring classic Cape Dutch architecture and beautifully appointed rooms that evoke a sense of old-world charm. What is required? The Spa Receptionist is responsible to ensure a seamless spa and salon wellness experience is achieved for our guests. They serve as the first point of contact upon arrival at the spa and the last point of contact upon departure of spa. The Spa Receptionist should build and maintain good relationship with our guests by interacting warmly with them and giving them tips on the best products at the spa to meet their needs. They would keep record of business transactions by registering new guests; receive payments from guests for services ordered, and issue invoices. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 or equivalent. Experience working as a Spa Host / Receptionist in a Spa/Wellness Centre. MS Office, Excel and ESP. Opera cloud knowledge will be extremely advantageous. Ready to Join?
